It’s the dead of night in the neighborhood. Nothing but the drawling hum of the streetlights and noisy crickets to listen to. All seems right until something stirs. Suddenly out of the darkness, a slow, twisted version of “The Ice Cream Truck” plays through broken speakers. The children of the house awake just in time to rub their eyes and see from their bedroom windows, a smoking rusted heap of a truck meander down the street, glowing green. It slows to a stops. Breaks screech, and engine revs. It’s stopped right outside your house. The Ice Cream truck is here. There is no question the children will start running, it is, however, unknown in what direction.
